Parent Web Access

Students are the administrators of their parents’ accounts. Any alterations to the account will need to be done through the student.

Assign parent TruView access

Parent TruView allows access to certain academic data and 1098T form. Students must first set up their parent account with the desired TruView access.

  1. The student should log into TruView, and under Tools, click the drop down arrow for Everyday Tools.
  2. Choose the Truman Tab Tool and click the Manage Parent Web Access link, then click the Assign Parent Web Access link.
  3. Click the parent’s name for which access is to be added/updated and then select the yes/no on the content you’d like to be available to your parent.
  4. After hitting submit, the page will list the parents associated with this student according to Admissions’ records and what is available to them.

If the desired parent is not listed, the student should contact the Admissions Office at (660)-785-4114 to get them added.
