    1. Go to eop.truman.edu.
    2. Sign in with your Truman username and password.
    3. Upload your document and click “Next.” (Repeat this process to add more documents to your print queue.)

Note: If you want to print double-sided, consider using a different method below.

  • For PC/Windows:

Open File Explorer, type \\pcounter\masterqueue in the Quick Access field, and accept the popup messages to install the printer. Once installed, the print queue will open. Select Pcounter/Masterqueue from your print options. Click here for a more detailed instruction with pictures.

  • For Mac:

Direct printing to the queue is not available. Options:

    • Use Web Printing (limited to single-sided prints and 1 copy per print).
    • Access the Virtual Desktop and print within this environment for full options.
  • For Phones/Tablets:

Currently unavailable as the system is under redesign. Check back later.

How to Print from a Printer

  • If you have successfully connected to the printers or have added your documents to the print queue from eop.truman.edu, follow the instructions below to print your documents:
Note: If you have multiple jobs, release color prints first. There is only one Color LaserJet printer located in PL100 lobby.
  • If you are using a printer with Prox ID Scanner (If you have your Truman Banner ID card):
    • Swipe your Truman Banner ID card on the scanner. A beep indicates your print jobs will release.
    • To manage print jobs, use a Print Release Station to select or delete specific jobs.
  • If you are using a printer with Laptop Release Station (If you do not have your Truman Banner ID card):
    • Log in with your Truman username and password, then select and print your desired job.

    • Note: Troubleshooting steps:

      • If you see an error stating there are no print jobs in the print queue, try logging out and logging back in.
      • If there are print jobs in the print queue but the documents are not printing, right-click on the print job you want to print and select “Ready.”

  • For the PL Color LaserJet:
    • Swipe your Truman ID to sign in and release your color print job.
