E-mail Attachments
Size Restrictions
The maximum size email that can be sent through the Truman email system is 25 megabytes.
Executable File Restrictions
Executable files are not allowed as email attachments. If an email is received by the Truman email system with an executable file attached then the email is rejected.
If you need to send an executable file as an email attachment you must first compress the executable file (such as with PKZip) and then sent the compressed file as an email attachment.
The following types of files are considered executable and are blocked.
.PIF
.SCR
.VBS
.EXE
.COM
.BAT
.PLIf you attempt to send an email with one of these types of files attached the email will be rejected.
