Connect to the Virtual Desktops using PCOIP Mode

If you need to be able to access USB devices from a lab or classroom system that is using a Virtual Desktop, you’ll need to connect with a different mode.

This mode is called PCOIP, and you can select it from the connection client at logon time. This mode is not enabled by default as there are currently some unresolved issues. If you experience any difficulties connecting via this mode please contact the ITS Service Center.
