Adding the Alumni Web App to a site
Adding the Alumni App:
Add these links in the left menu (see https://secure.truman.edu/alumni-s/alumni_info/alumni_information.asp?siteid=63 for example)
- Main Alumni Link: https://secure.truman.edu/alumni-s/alumni_info/alumni_information.asp?siteid=(enter site id)
- Submit Your Information: https://secure.truman.edu/alumni-s/alumni_info/alumni_information.asp?id=0&siteid=(enter site id)
- Edit Your Information: https://secure.truman.edu/alumni-s/alumni_info/login.asp?siteid=(enter site id)
- Manage Alumni (faculty/staff only): https://secure.truman.edu/alumni-s/alumni_info/login_manage.asp?siteid=(enter site id)
Then go to:
https://secure.truman.edu/alumni-s/alumni_info/globaladmin/globaladmin.asp
Find the site in the list and click on the site id to edit it. Enter the webmaster email and the group that should be allowed to do admin stuff. You can optionally enter additional email addresses for who gets update emails.
