Student email service was unavailable when Pipeline service was restored due to complications. All services have now been restored. UPDATE: Student Email was not being delivered to the appropriate mailboxes. Mail delivery was restored about 6:00 p.m. |

04/02/2004 | We are continuing to have problems with slow Internet access. We have been and are continuing to disconnect infected systems from the network in order to attempt to maintain network functionality. The cause is a large and increasing number of computers on the Truman network that are infected with the phatbot virus and it's variations. 03/16/2004 | The slow Internet problem that began at ~ 11:15 this morning has been resolved. Several persons computer systems appear to have been hacked and were being used to lanch a denial of service attack against an outside (non-Truman) computer system. The problem computer systems have been disconnected from the campus network. |
