06/23/2010 | On Wednesday, June 23rd, ITS will be performing maintenance on various systems.
REMINDER -- From 8:00PM to 10:00PM Faculty/Staff email and University hosted streaming media services will be unavailable. During this time incoming email will be queued and delivered when the system is back online. UPDATE -- A Barnett Hall network segment is still offline due to flooding in the Barnett basement. Technicians are working to replace damaged equipment. COMPLETED -- From 9:30AM to 11:00AM the University cable television system will be unavailable for electrical upgrades. COMPLETED -- At 7:00AM the Grim Smith network will be briefly unavailable as technicians reroute network connections. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. |

06/15/2010 | Missouri Network Alliance technicians will be performing maintenance on equipment in the Kansas City area on Tuesday, June 15, between 1:00 a.m. and 6 a.m. Truman users will unable to access the Internet during this time. |
06/10/2010 | Banner was unavailable from sometime before midnight to approximately 8:10am. The archive log file system ran out of space. The space issue was resolved and all Banner services are now available. |
06/09/2010 | Banner Self-Services, including all Banner links in TruView, were unavailable from 3:30am to approximately 8:30am. Services failed to restart properly following a maintenance restart. All services are now available. |
05/30/2010 | A new boiler is being installed in Physical Plant. Several network fiber lines need rerouted. Friday evening at 6 PM technicians will start moving the fiber lines. Network services will be unavailable to Physical Plant, Kirk Memorial, Kirk Building and possibly a few other campus buildings over the weekend as the fiber lines are relocated. |
05/28/2010 | A new boiler is being installed in Physical Plant. Several telephone line circuits need to be rerouted. Friday morning at 7 AM technicians will start moving the phone lines. Telephone service to Physical Plant, Kirk Memorial and Kirk Building may be temporarily unavailable. |

05/24/2010 | The Blackboard patch update is complete and all Blackboard services are now available. |
05/18/2010 | Banner was unavailable from 5:30am to approximately 8:20am. The archive log file system ran out of space. The space issue was resolved and all Banner services are now available. |
05/13/2010 | Several IT services were unavailable overnight due to electrical power outages. Full service will be restored as soon as possible. |

04/26/2010 | Some student Y drives are currently experiencing issues. This is a file server problem. Maintenance is scheduled for tonight to correct the problem. Normal services will be restored as soon as possible. |
04/24/2010 | The primary file server is now back online. The file server will be offline tonight at midnight for emergency repairs. |
04/23/2010 | The student print server was restarted at 9:55AM to correct an issue with the web based printing account balance. |
04/19/2010 | The University wireless network was unavailable from 3:27PM to 3:35PM due to an issue with the wireless controller system. Full wireless service has now been restored. |
04/15/2010 | Single Sign-on from TruView to Blackboard, Google Apps for Education, and Degreeworks was unavailable from about 4:00 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. on 4/15/2010. TruView was also restarted at about 5:10 p.m. to try to fix the problem. The problem was resolved and all services are available. |
04/13/2010 | Self-Service Banner server had to be restarted at approximately 8:15am to resolve additional issues related to yesterday's service outage. Services were restored by 8:30am. |
04/12/2010 | Self-Service Banner server had to be restarted at 5:30pm. All Banner links in TruView were experiencing an extremely slow response from around 5pm until the server was restarted. All services are functioning normally now. |
04/06/2010 | TruView was responding slowly from approximately 5:00-5:30 p.m. on 4/6/2010. A restart of the system fixed the problem at about 5:35 p.m. Some configuration changes have been made in an attempt to fix this problem. |
03/30/2010 | Student printing services were briefly unavailable at ~ 3 PM due to a problem with the student print server. Normal print services have been restored. |
03/24/2010 | We experienced a Banner Forms outage from about 2:45pm to 3:10pm. All form services have been restored. |
03/24/2010 | The University experienced an internet outage from 7:00 AM to 7:35 AM due to a problem with MORENet, our internet service provider. We are working with MORENet to determine the cause of the outage and we apologize for the inconvenience. |
