| 04/15/2010 | Single Sign-on from TruView to Blackboard, Google Apps for Education, and Degreeworks was unavailable from about 4:00 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. on 4/15/2010. TruView was also restarted at about 5:10 p.m. to try to fix the problem. The problem was resolved and all services are available. |

| 04/12/2010 | Self-Service Banner server had to be restarted at 5:30pm. All Banner links in TruView were experiencing an extremely slow response from around 5pm until the server was restarted. All services are functioning normally now. |
| 04/06/2010 | TruView was responding slowly from approximately 5:00-5:30 p.m. on 4/6/2010. A restart of the system fixed the problem at about 5:35 p.m. Some configuration changes have been made in an attempt to fix this problem. |

| 03/18/2010 | TruView was restarted at approximately 1:40 p.m. on 3/18/2010. A hung process caused the whole system to respond slowly. The restart appears to have resolved the issue. |

| 03/09/2010 | The server migration and update to the Panopto CourseCast System was completed today (Tuesday, March 9, 2010). Content previously recorded is again available in Blackboard courses. New content can be added and made available using the same procedures instructors have used in the past.
This update/migration was planned prior to the unrelated problems on the original server experienced last week. The migration project was accelerated to resolve that issue. Any questions or issues regarding the migration can be directed to the IT Services Help Desk at 785-4544. |

| 02/25/2010 | Some information defined in McAfee antivirus system has been corrupted. The McAfeee antivirus protection is still working but if you have a special program (like for bulk mailings) it might not work correctly until we get the definitions rebuilt. | 02/17/2010 | MOREnet technicians will be performing maintenance on equipment in the Kansas City area on Wednesday, Feb. 17th, 2010, between 12:01 and 3 a.m. Truman users will unable to access the Internet during this time. |
| 02/19/2010 | Due to an error in Panopto's configuration of our license, recorded content was unavailable this morning (Monday, 15 Feb 2010). That error has been corrected and content is again available for viewing. Recording and uploading content was not affected and should be working normally. |
| 02/11/2010 | TruView became slow and unusable at about 3:15 p.m. on 2/11/2010. A restart of the service seems to have fixed the problem. We will investigate the cause. All services were restored by 3:30 p.m. |
