02/10/2012 | Maintenance work will be performed on the Baldwin Hall networking equipment this Friday morning in between 7:30AM and 8:00AM. During this time a section of the Baldwin Hall wireless network may be unavailable for 5 to 15 minutes. Wired network connectivity will not be affected by this maintenance. |
02/08/2012 | Blackboard was experiencing logon issues from 8:30PM to 8:55PM. The Blackboard services were restarted and the the system should now be fully functional. |

01/30/2012 | At 12:45pm, the Banner Forms server will be unavailable. All Banner Forms users need to be logged out of Banner Forms by 12:45pm. The outage is expected to be approximate 15-20 minutes.
Users of Banner test environments need to log out of the test environment forms also. Notes: Banner itself will not be down and therefore integrated services will not be distrupted. This includes TruView (Banner Self-Service), TouchNet services, etc. |

MNA technicians will be performing emergency maintenance on Friday, January 27th between 12:01 and 6am. An internet outage will occur during this maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience |
01/23/2012 | At 11:20am today, January 23, we will be restarting Blackboard services in an attempted to resolve the Blackboard issues we are currently experiencing with the Discussion Forum and some other functionality. We continue to work with Blackboard support and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. The restart will take approximately 20 minutes. |
01/23/2012 | Blackboard Discussion Forums are currently experiencing a problem in which new threads cannot be created. However existing content can still be accessed. A support ticket with Blackboard support has been opened and we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible. |

01/13/2012 | There is currently an issue with printing to the following Student printers: PL203 LaserJet – Duplex Print, Pickler Lobby LaserJet – Duplex Print and VH2000 LaserJet – Duplex Print.
When printing to these printers, the print job will not duplex for the entire document. Most of the time, the first page will print out single-sided only, with each remaining page printing duplex. This issue only affects the Duplex printers, not the non-duplex printers. Also, all other Student Duplex printers, including Res Hall printers, are functioning correctly. ITS is aware of this issue, and is currently working on a solution. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. |
01/23/2012 | -- 1-19-12 Update The antivirus updates are going smoothly, approximately 1,000 PCs have received the update. A few PCs had an error removing the McAfee OutLook Add-In. If you receive this error it can be removed as follows: With Outlook opened: Thank you --- 1-13-12 Original Posting Other than the system tray icon change the update should be transparent, there will be no change in how you use your PC, the PC will not reboot and your computer should actually run a little faster. Thank you. |
