| 04/04/2012 | The University internet service is having difficulties to an issue with our internet service provider. The issue has been reported and will be addressed as soon as possible. The connection may be intermittent until the issue is resolved. |

| 03/30/2012 | Banner and Banner integrated services and DegreeWorks are now available again.

| 03/30/2012 | Due to a failure with one of the main UPSs in the Data Center, Banner and all Banner integrated services that require the Banner system including the banner links in TruView and DegreeWorks are currently down. The electricians are in the process of completing wiring updates to allow us to transition from the failed UPS to another main UPS. It is expected that it will take approximately two hours to complete the work. Updates will be provided when additional information is available. |
| 03/30/2012 | The power unit that protects several servers in the Data Center experiencing problems and is being looked at. It is possible that some systems, including Banner, may be taken down in the next few minutes while the problem is investigated. |

| 03/21/2012 | UPDATE - Another outage occurred from 1:18PM to 1:24PM this afternoon. We have reported this to our service provider.
Internet services are back online as of 9:15AM. The outage was caused by a configuration issue with MNA who is the network provider for MORENet. |

| 03/16/2012 | Microsoft has released an important security update for Windows computers (MS12-020).
This update is automatically sent to all Truman owned computers, however the update will not be active until the computer is rebooted. Before you leave work today please shutdown your Windows computer system or reboot it so the security update will be installed. Thank you. |
| 03/17/2012 | This morning, Friday 16 March 2012, between 7 and 8am we will be performing maintenance and upgrades on the Panopto servers. This work should be transparent to both viewers and recorders. If you are recording and uploading sessions during the maintenance process this morning and find that any of those recordings later are not available in Blackboard, please contact the ITS Help Desk to request that those sessions be reprocessed. The maintenance tasks will not prevent any recordings or viewings from taking place. |
| 03/15/2012 | Thursday morning, March 15th, at 6:45AM ITS will be performing UPS maintenance. There may be a five minute outage in networking services in the SUB, Kirk Building, Power Plant, Violette Hall, Magruder Hall and Counseling Center. |

| 03/08/2012 | In addition to the the TruView maintenance at 10:00PM, ITS will be applying general system updates to systems at 8:00PM tonight. No service outage is expected until TruView maintenance starts at 10:00PM. |
| 03/08/2012 | TruView will be taken down for scheduled maintenance at approximately 10 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2012. This is scheduled during the weekly IT Maintenance Window. The work should take about 30 minutes. |
| 03/06/2012 | Most of the maintenance updates were successfully complete for Blackboard last night but we have one remaining, important piece that needs to be completed now. We are stopping Blackboard services at 2pm today to complete the remaining piece of the maintenance work. Services should be available within 30 minutes. |
| 03/07/2012 | ITS will be performing maintenance on the SRC network on Wednesday, March 7th from 8:00AM to 11:00AM. Network services will be unavailable to the building during this time. |

| 03/06/2012 | ITS will be performing maintenance on networking equipment in Baldwin Hall on Tuesday afternoon starting at 1:30PM. No outage is expected during this time - if a network cabling change is needed then a network segment may be momentarily unavailable. |
| 03/08/2012 | ITS will be performing maintenance on the SUB network on the 6th from 7:30AM to 1:30PM. During this time cable TV will be offline campus wide and networking services in the SUB may be offline. ITS will also be performing maintenance in the SUB on the 7th and 8th from 2:30PM to 4:30PM. During this time users on the 1st and 2nd floor will not have networking services. |
