| 11/25/2013 | A majority of locations across campus are experiencing low input power voltages. In some locations the network equipment is running off battery or supplementing the voltage from battery. An outage may occur at any location if a battery is exhausted and low input voltages continue or if the input levels continue to drop.
These power issues are related to scheduled campus power maintenance work being performed by AmerenUE. |

| 11/14/2013 | Tonight at 8:00PM, during the regularly scheduled ITS Maintenance window, ITS will be performing maintenance on the phone system and network in Magruder Hall.
A majority of phone lines in the building will be unavailable from 8:00PM to 11:00PM. There will be also be short network outage of up to five minutes during this window. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. |

The maintenance should take around 30 minutes and some sites may be unavailable briefly during that time. Sites affected include Faculty and Staff personal sites on sites.truman.edu, department blogs on blogs.truman.edu, many student organization sites, the Truman Media Network at tmn.truman.edu, and the "Inside Truman" intranet at wp-internal.truman.edu. |

The University primary internet connection through MORENet will be unavailable for emergency maintenance on Sunday, November 3rd, between 12:01 and 1 am as MORENet technicians reset hardware in Kansas City. The issue was identified by IT Services and corrected. All services were back online as of 1:38 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. |

| 09/18/2013 | We are experiencing packetloss with our Internet connection through MORENet. This problem has been reported to MORENet technicians and they are working on a solution. |
| 08/23/2013 | There will be a short cable TV outage in Missouri Hall and Dobson Hall this afternoon to improve the picture quality in both buildings. The service outage for each building should be five minutes, up to fifteen minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. |
