UPDATE - As of 8:20 PM today, Faculty/Staff email service has been restored. Again,we apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. Starting tonight at 8:00 PM, the Exchange email services will be unavailable to address an issue with the email server. All Faculty and Staff email accounts will be unavailable, and should be restored by 8:30 PM.

Banner Self-Service links In TruView had a service outage due to the links erroring out. After review, a resource issue was identified and services were restarted. Banner Self-Services links were operational following the restart. |

Tonight, at 6:00PM, portions of the Pickler Memorial Library network will be briefly unavailable as equipment is upgraded. Full service should be restored by 8:00PM. The Student Union 1st and 2nd floor network will also be briefly unavailable for equipment maintenance following the PML work. |

TouchNet, the University's third party credit card processor, has completed the major upgrade of Truman’s TouchNet systems. All online payment sites are enabled and ready for payments/donations. ------ On Tuesday, May 12th, starting at 6:30am, TouchNet, the University's third party credit card processor, will be completing a major upgrade of Truman's TouchNet systems. This upgrade will require a service outage for all Truman online payment systems .The service outage impacts all University hosted online payment services including UPay sites, some services/tasks that are part of daily Business Office cashiers operations, and Student Bill+Payment (http://mybill.truman.edu). Student Bill+Payment impacts all students and any authorized users (parents, guardians, etc). The upgrade is expected to be completed by 11:30am. This is a major upgrade that includes some "behind the scenes" credit card processor changes and some new services for Truman. It does not include any changes to the TouchNet software - so no interface or functional changes. Online payment processes should appear and function exactly the same for all students, faculty, staff, and authorized users following completion of this upgrade. |

Truman Internet access will be unavailable Monday evening at 8 PM due to Internet maintenance. The outage is expected to last 15 minutes however it could possibly take up to two hours if we run into any unexpected problems. Thank you

*Update* We received the following notice from Panopto - This morning, we experienced an outage of *.hosted.panopto.com sites. Our operations team identified an issue in our primary database and began work to resolve the problem. All site functionality has since been restored. We apologize for the service interruption and thank you for your understanding. ---------------------------------------------- Upon following up a Panopto error from a local user, we determined that the Panopto Hosted server is currently unavailable. Technicians at Panopto.com are working on the issue and will notify us as soon as services are back up. Recordings can still be made in offline mode, but may need to be manually uploaded to the Panopto Hosted server once it is back online. |

Update: We resolved the some of the issues with hardware management console and have Banner services up and available. --------------- Update: Issues with new hardware installation have resulted in an extended service outage for Banner. We continue to work to resolve the issues and will restore services as soon as possible. ---------------- On Thursday, April 16th at 5:00pm, we will be taking down Banner and all Banner services in TruView to perform maintenance on the server that runs these systems. Banner Forms/Administrative interface and all Banner links in TruView will be unavailable. In addition, systems that are integrated and dependent on Banner will be impacted and have at least degraded services. These include but are not limited to DegreeWorks and online Student Bill+Payment. Blackboard will not be impacted.
The outage is expected to take approximately one hour. We apologize for the inconvenience of this service work and appreciate your patience and support as we work to ensure the systems are properly maintained.

The latest version of Firefox (currently 37.0.1) returns “Secure Connection Failed” when trying to access Self Service Banner links in TruView. This affects links for faculty, staff, and students including links for student registration. Users are encouraged to use either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome until the problem is resolved.

Our online payment processor, TouchNet, will be completing an upgrade to the integration setup between TouchNet and Banner starting at 7am on Friday, April 3, 2015. Student Bill Payment will experience a service disruption during this upgrade. Student payment detail and account summaries in the Student Bill Payment application will not be operational during this upgrade. It is expected to be completed in approximately one hour. In addition, some Truman online stores/payment sites that post directly to Banner may also experience some service disruption during this upgrade. |

The central authentication service will be restarted today during the maintenance window (8:00 PM). The update may result in a short duration of time in which authentication requests will not be served. |

Update: The Gmail portlet on the student tab has been temporarily removed due to performance considerations. All Students are asked to use the Student Email link in the top-right corner of TruView to access their email. Due to the fact that the Gmail portlet is a third party application remediation of the performance issues within the Gmail portlet may take some time. At this time, we do intend to restore this functionality in the future.
The Student tab in TruView is currently displaying an error: 504 Gateway Time-out The server didn't respond in time. We are looking into the issue and should have it resolved soon. All other tabs appear to be working fine.

Due to an issue that occurred overnight, some of the Student and Faculty/Staff Printers may not be printing. ITS is aware of the issue, and is working to resolution.
