Blackboard services were down from 1:07am until 9:15am due to an issue with the storage system it uses. Once the storage system issue was resolved, services were restored. |

The primary outgoing mail server, mail.truman.edu, had an expired security certificate that may have prevented non-Outlook users from sending e-mail. The problem has been resolved as of 8:40AM this morning. Our apologies for the inconvienence. |

Malware on Windows PCs has been a problem on campus. Removing it can be both difficult and time consuming. To address this issue the faculty and staff primary Windows PCs will soon have MalwareBytes software installed. This is a remote silent install, no action on your part is necessary. UPDATE - As of 8:20 PM today, Faculty/Staff email service has been restored. Again,we apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. Starting tonight at 8:00 PM, the Exchange email services will be unavailable to address an issue with the email server. All Faculty and Staff email accounts will be unavailable, and should be restored by 8:30 PM.
