The Windows web server Helium will be restarted at about 9:28 a.m. on 3/12/2015 to change configuration that is preventing users from being able to log in to certain websites. This is an emergency reboot outside of our normal maintenance window because users are unable to do their jobs. Some department sites that have not moved to WordPress as well as the secure.truman.edu site will be affected. |

Thursday at 8:00PM, during the regularly scheduled ITS maintenance window, phone services and network services to the Student Union Building will be briefly unavailable. Full service should be restored by 9:00PM.

Banner Self-Service links in TruView, TouchNet integration with Banner, and document management services (BDMS) integations have all been restored. We are reviewing for any additional integration issues that might be remaining. ---- Currently some Banner services including Banner Self-Service in Truman are receiving an error. We are working on the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. Banner database and most forms services are up and functional. |

Banner Upgrade The Banner upgrade is complete. Banner and all Banner integrated, dependent services including the Banner links in TruView are all now available.
------ The Banner system is scheduled for an upgrade this weekend. Banner and all Banner integrated, dependent services including the Banner links in TruView will be unavailable starting at 4am Saturday morning, February 28th, and will remain down until the completion of the upgrade. It is expected that the upgrade may take until Sunday evening, March 1st.
An email notice will be sent out when the Banner system is available following completion of the upgrade.
Note: Blackboard services will not be impacted by the Banner upgrade and will be available as usual. |

Links from TruView to Self Service Banner are currently broken following last night's switch to the new version of TruView. We are working to resolve this issues as soon as possible. UPDATE: the links should be working ON campus or through the VPN now. They still do not work from Off Campus. UPDATE: all areas of TruView should be working, both on and off campus. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the IT Service Center at 660-785-4544. |

UPDATE - As of 8:45 PM tonight, the Student Print Services were online and accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you again for your patience.
At approximately 5:00 PM today, Student Print Services will be unavailable to perform maintenance. The outage will be no more than 30 minutes, and service will be restored fully when completed. During this time, all Student Printing campus wide will be offline. An update will be posted when the maintenance has been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank oyu for your patience. |

Our payment processor, TouchNet, is experiencing sitewide service outages that result in all Truman online payment processing (PayPath, Bill+Payment, UPay sites, etc). being unavailalbe. TouchNet is communicating with us with status upates and have all available staff working to get service back up. We will update you when we have more information.

TruView was unavailable from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on 1/6/2015 following maintenance. The decision was made to revert back to the old TruView. DegreeWorks integration is working again. Digital Measures integration is currently not available, but will be again shortly.
If you do not see the old TruView again, you can restart your computer to pick up the change. |

TruView will be taken down for brief maintenance at 12:00 noon on 1/6/2015. We are increasing the amount of memory available to increase system performance. The system should be down for about 15 minutes.

Following the upgrade of TruView, DegreeWorks integration is not working. Clicking on DegreeWorks in TruView results in being prompted for your login and pin. If you have a critical need to get into DegreeWorks, we can assist you with a work around (contact troberts@truman.edu for work around). We are currently working on the integration issue and hope to have it resolved as quicklly as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work through these upgrade issues. |

Update: Digital Measures logon link service has been restored. Currently Digital Measures is unavailable via the TruView link. The vendor has been contacted for support and resolution is actively being pursued and expect service restoration later today. |
