| 09/20/2012 | This Thursday, September 20th at 6:00PM, ITS will be performing maintenance in Barnett Hall.
Barnett Hall will have an extended outage for the middle and east part of the building starting at 6:00PM. During this time wired and wireless network, internet connectivity and phone service will be unavailable. Full service will be restored by midnight. | 09/17/2012 | TruView was restarted at around 9:40 a.m. on 9/17/2012 due to performance issues. The system was back up shortly after 10:00 a.m. We have changed a few settings to try to address this issue. |

| 09/13/2012 | This Thursday, September 13th at 8:00PM, ITS will be performing network maintenance in Barnett Hall and Centennial Hall.
Centennial Hall will have a five minute network/internet outage at 8:00PM. Full service will be restored by 8:10PM. Barnett Hall will have an extended outage for the northwest wing of the building starting at 8:00PM. During this time wired and wireless network, internet connectivity and phone service will be unavailable. Full service will be restored by midnight. | 09/06/2012 | At approximately 10:30 PM last night we received reports of slow performance in the computer labs. The problem appears to have been brief, computers are working this morning and logs don't show any sign of a problem. We will continue to investigate the issue. Thank you. |
| 09/07/2012 | TruView was restarted at about 8:50 a.m. due to performance issues. A setting has been changed that will hopefully prevent these issues from continuing to occur. All services were back online by about 9:00. |
| 09/06/2012 | At approximately 1:00 Pm today, there was an unexpected network outage affecting all of Centennial Hall due to the construction project. During this time, network services were out until approximately 1:30 PM. ITS was aware of the issue, and worked to restore connectivity. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. |
| 09/05/2012 | Both student and faculty/staff network printing systems experienced a brief service outage at approximately 1 PM today. Services were quickly restored. Technicians will be investigating the cause of the outages after-hours this evening. |
| 08/29/2012 | The Truman Fileserver that hosts the W and Y drives was offline from 1:43 Pm today, and was back online by 1:50 PM. ITS is investigating the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. |
| 08/29/2012 | On Tuesday the student printing system failed multiple times. We were able to restore normal student printing by 3 PM. We apologize for the service outage, we are investigating what caused the printing outages. |

| 08/24/2012 | TruView had to be restarted at about 2:30 p.m. on 8/24/2012 due to performance issues. The system was back up at about 2:45 p.m. We are looking into the cause of the problem. |
| 08/23/2012 | Between 2:30pm and 3:00pm today (Aug. 23) several Banner links and channels in TruView began failing. Services were restarted serveral times. All links are currently functioning, while the Academic Profile and My Account channels are still failing. ITS will work with the vendor to restore these channels. |
| 08/23/2012 | Tonight at 8:00 PM, during the regularly scheduled ITS Maintenance window, Internet service and a few select systems will be unavailable for five to ten minutes.
These select systems include: Full service should be restored by 8:15PM. |
| 08/21/2012 | The new AV Control Systems in the classrooms will receive an update and restart at approximately 9:30 on 8/21/2012. This is being done outside the regular maintenance window since classes are not yet in session. |
| 08/17/2012 | This Thursday evening, 16 August 2012, between 5:30 and 8pm we will be performing maintenance and upgrades on the Panopto servers. This work is expected to be transparent, however intermittent outages during the maintenance window could occur. If you are recording and uploading sessions during this time and find that any of those recordings later are not available in Blackboard, please enter a ticket IT Service Center to request assistance in re-uploading the affected sessions. In any case, the maintenance tasks will not prevent users from making recordings. |
| 08/13/2012 | TruView started having performance issues starting just after 2:00 p.m. on 8/13/2012 and continuing until around 3:30 p.m. The system was restarted several times in an attempt to fix the problem. Channels that pull content directly from Banner are still displaying an error. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue. |
| 07/15/2012 | Incoming University e-mail and hosted Moodle services will be unavailable this Sunday, July 15th, from 12:00AM to 3:00AM.
MORENet, the University ISP, will be be performing maintenance on their systems during this time period. University email will still be accessible during this window but new external messages will not be delivered until the maintenance is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience.
