At 9:00 PM tomorrow night, ITS will be performing maintenance on the Truman Faculty-Staff Email servers. During this time, all Faculty-Staff Email will be unavailable. this maintenance should not last more than 1 hoyur, and may be done in less time. *UPDATE* as of 12:40 pm today, Everyone Print Mobile Printing services are back online and fully functioning. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
At approximately 12:30 pm today, ITS will be rebooting the Everyone Print Mobile Prinitng server to resolve an issue. During this time, all printing from Android and iOS devices will not be available. This will not affect normal printing from all Student and Truman-owned computers. The reboot should take 10 minutes to complete, and full service will be restored after it completes. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. |

TruView is experiencing intermittent service outages. The outages are usually brief, only for a minute or two so if you cannot reach TruView please try again in a few minutes. We are working on the problem and will restore normal service as soon as possible but this issue may take some time to resolve. Thank you. |

All Banner services are up and operational (Registration was brought back up about 12:40pm). Since the system restart the system is operating normally. We have worked with support and have made an system configuration adjustment which we believe will help. We will continue to monitor the system. ------ Banner is currently having issues. We are working to identify and correct the source of the issue. We are researching a potential source of the issue in the registation functionality and Registration Self-Service is currently down as we research this problem. We will provide an update when we have more information. |

Banner upgrade is complete. Banner and all Banner services are now available. ------ Banner Upgrade: The Banner system is scheduled for a major upgrade this weekend. Banner and all Banner integrated, dependent services including the Banner links in TruView will be unavailable starting at 4am Sunday morning, February 24th, and will remain down until the completion of the upgrade. Please plan for Banner services to be unavailable until Sunday evening, February 24th. A Service Note will be sent out when the Banner system is available following completion of the upgrade. Note: Blackboard services will not be impacted by the Banner upgrade and will be available as usual. |

UPDATE - As of 9:00 am today, Socket has resolved the issue with the Long Distance Authorization Codes taking up to 45 seconds to be accepted. Several test calls placed by ITS, and a Staff member having the issues previously, were all preocessed in a normal amount of time. (Less than 5 seconds) We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
When dialing long distance from on campus and entering your long distance auth code the code will take up to 45 seconds to be procesed. If you stay on the line the code should be accepted and the call will be placed. This issue has been reported to our telecom provider and we will update the service note with more information. |

*UPDATE* - As of 4:00 pm today, all campus telephone service have been restored and are functioning as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
At approximately 10:30 am today, all Truman campus phones are having issues with calling external numbers. All internal extension are reciveing call, and it appears all external incoming calls are working. ITS is aware of the issue, and is working with our telecom provider Soket on resolving the issue. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, but ITS will post an update when one is available. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. |

Currently, any off-campus people using AT&T landline phone numbers are receiving a busy signal when attempting to call any Truman on-campus numbers. This is an issue with AT&T, and they are aware and are working on the issue. There is no estinated time to resolution, but we will post an update when the issue is resolved. Update -- The problem with limited virtual desktops has been resolved. We are currently experiencing a problem with only a limited number of virtual desktops being available. Technicians are working on the issue and full services will be restored as soon as possible. |

Update: Banner and Banner related services are now available. We run into issues with the upgrade and had to revert back to our original version. We will need to reschedule this maintenance upgrade. ------ Thursday, January 3rd, at 5pm, Banner and all Banner related services will be unavailable to enable us to complete maintenance work on the Banner database and application server as part of the bigger project to move to a new server. Banner will be shutdown beginning at 5pm. Please close out of all Banner services by 5pm. |
