*UPDATE* - As of 10:45 AM the Fileserver Network Drives were back online. ITS will continue monitoring them for any changes. Again, we apologize for any inconveneince, and thank you for your contnued patience. At approximately 10:15 am this morning, users reported an outage of the fileserver Network Drives (W:/, Y:/, etc). ITS is looking into the issue, with no ETA for a resolution. ITS will post an update when the issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. |

DUO has posted an update that they have implemented a fix for the issues and they are now monitoring the results. We have confirmed that DUO Tokens are working again. ---- Our vendor for DUO services is investigating service failures for DUO Push. We believe DUO Tokens are also impacted. We have multiple reports of issues with both DUO Tokens and DUO Push.. We have an open support case and will continue to monitor their Service Status site as well. We'll provide an update when we have more information. |

Shibboleth Authentication services will be disrupted in the window from 9:30pm - 10:00pm. We are working to resolve an authentication issue with a system and need to restart services following a configuration change. Only services using Shibboleth Authentication may have a brief services outage. These services include Brightspace, Banner Forms, and some web services. The outage should be approximately 5 minutes for the restart. If you experience an error attempting to sign into a new service, please wait about 5 - 10 minutes and retry. If the error persists past 10pm, your browser likely has cached the error. Clear cache or try a private/incognito window, and retry. |

This morning, we received reports that some users couldn't connect to the TrumanSecureWireless network. This issue was resolved around noon today. If you still can't connect to the TrumanSecureWireless network, please forget the network on your device and try logging in again. If the issue persists, please call the IT Service Center at (660) 785-4544. |

Banner and all Banner integrated, dependent services including the Banner links (Tools) in TruView will be unavailable starting at 4am Sunday morning, March 17th, and will remain down until the completion of the upgrade. Please plan for Banner services to be unavailable all day. Upon completion of the upgrade, this Service Note will be updated. Note: Brightspace services will not be impacted by the Banner maintenance and will be available as usual. |

*UPDATE* - As of 4 PM yesterday (Thursday), network drive services were restored. *UPDATE* - As of 3:15 PM, the Drives are down again. We ap[ologize for this continuous inconvenience, but ITS is diligently working to resolve this issue. CAS single sign-on services were restored by approximately 10:45am. ---------- We are currently experiencing a service outage for services that use our classic CAS single sign-on services. Services impacted by this outage include TruView and Slate. We are working on the issue. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues.

UPDATE: The Time Clock system upgrade is complete. The system is now available for use. Note: This upgrade involved a migration to a new server. If you received the error similar to "This site can't be reached", use either an Incognito window or clear browser cache. If you continue to have issues, please contact the Service Center.
------------- On Monday, January 22, 2024, starting at 9am, Time Clock will be taken down for system maintenance. The system is being migrated to a new server with an OS and a database upgrade included in the maintenance work. Will I be able to clock in/out on a time clock: Users that clock in with actual time clocks will be able to continue to clock in and out during this maintenance. Will I be able to clock in/out on the web application: All users that use the web application will not be able to use the system to clock in and out during this maintenance. It is expected to take much of the day to complete this upgrade. We will send updates as appropriate to this Service Note.

**Update** 1/7/2024 12:55 pm: The upgrade is complete and all the services are up and running. This process is expected to last 3-5 hours and during this time all Truman WordPress sites (including all personal and organization sites using WordPress, blogs.truman.edu, wp-internal.truman.edu, tmn.truman.edu, library.truman.edu, and www.truman.edu) along with applications like process maker, csi3 and wireless devices will be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. |

At approximately 9:00 PM tonight, ITS will be performing maintenance on the Faculty/Staff Print Server. During this time, all printing services for Faculty/Staff may be down until completed. This maintanance will take several hours, and an upate will be posted once completed. Again, this will ONLY affect printing for Faculty/Staff.
