Update (7/14/26 6:45 pm): Current tests show call routing has improved and is believed to be working normally. However, we will continue to monitor throughout the evening and in the morning as call volume increases. We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the phone system. Incoming, outgoing, and extension-to-extension dialing is not working reliably. We are actively investigating, along with our provider, and will provide an update as soon as service is restored. |
