Update 10:45 AM - 2/23/26: Users appear to be able to log in to M365 Online services again. Microsoft is reviewing sign-in logs and related network telemetry following reports of 504 gateway timeout errors affecting sign-in using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), through Microsoft's Platform Authenticator and third-party MFA such as DUO. Truman IT Staff will also continue to monitor the situation.
Original Notice 8:30 AM - 2/23/26: Microsoft advises that they are in the process of deploying a fix for this issue. Truman IT staff is working on a manual process that may help to resolve the issue sooner than Microsoft's broad fix rollout. |
