Telephone Services is viewed by many callers as the campus switchboard because it is the first direct contact that many potential students and parents have with the university.  It is also the Help Desk for people having problems with their telephone or campus voice mail system.

The Telephone Services office is much more than just the switchboard.  It is basically the University’s telephone company with about two thousand telephones.
