  • View/Submit Help Desk tickets via the Online Helpdesk Interface (for faculty and staff members only) at http://hdo.collegis.com/truman/.  Be sure to ask for an account and password when you first call the new Helpdesk!

  • A description of your problem or request (including any error messages you may be receiving).
