This is the 2nd in a two-part series looking at clicker technologies for the classroom & conference room.  Last week we looked at models from eInstruction.  This week we will focus on clickers from TurningPoint.

Event Description :

Today’s topic is the use of “clicker” technology from eInstruction.

CPS (classroom performance system) can be used many ways in the classroom to enrich the learning experience. This system can be used to assess class comprehension of reading material assigned for class or lecture material covered in class. Reviewing material to check for topics that need to be reinforced can also be done. Quizzes and exams can easily be given using CPS allowing students to proceed at their own pace. Attendance can be taken easily as well. All of these ways to use CPS will be demonstrated as well as how to create reports from the results.
