Any Truman Faculty/Staff member can make request. Just fill out the form. Fax or mail the form to ITS. Then ITS will check it for pricing and compatibility. Then the form will be returned to you signed. Then get your Department Head Approval signature. Attach the form to your requisition and just follow university purchasing policies.
