To order any of the following products, you must submit a completed Upgrade/Peripheral Request Form to receive firm pricing quotes and consulting service before starting the requisition process.
Any Truman Faculty/Staff member can make request. Just fill out the form. Fax or mail the form to ITS. Then ITS will check it for pricing and compatibility. Then the form will be returned to you signed. Then get your Division Head Approval signature. Attach the form to your requisition and just follow university purchasing policies.
If you are filling a form out for someone else please include their name.
