2007-2008 Lab/Classroom Image

WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL AND MS OFFICE 2003

The Operating System for the 2007-2008 academic year will still be Microsoft Windows XP Professional.

Office Suites included

Office 2003 Professional : Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, and InfoPath. Project 2003, FrontPage 2003, and Vision 2003 are also included.

Office 2007 Professional : Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, InfoPath, and Sharepoint Designer .

OpenOffice.org 2.2 : Base, Calc, Draw, Impress, Math, and Writer.

"RENEWING" SOFTWARE REQUESTS

If ITS included software on the 2006-2007 image as a result of a request, the request does not have to be submitted again this year, but if you no longer need the software or do not want to renew the license, please inform ITS so we do not include it on the 2007-2008 image.  ITS will be working with your division contact to verify requests for academic software that will be included on the image.

You may need to re-purchase the software or update the license for the product.  ITS will assist you in determining the appropriate action.  When licensing the product, make sure you order the site license if it will be installed in the labs and classrooms.
