- The Truman State University Foundation will assist students with loans for the purchase of computers, printers and related software. The maximum loan is $2000.00 at 5% simple interest. The promissory note must be co-signed by parents. Application forms and more information about qualifying for the loan are available by calling the Financial Aid Office at 785-4130.
