IT Service Center Equipment Checkout

Truman ITS Services has a wide selection of Electronic and Audiovisual items available for checkout through the Truman IT Service Center in McClain 111. Said items include and are not limited to:

• Slide Projectors
• CD Players
• PA Sound Systems
• Laptop Computers
• Projector Screens
• Tripods
• Data Projectors
• Video Cameras
• Digital Still Cameras

All Truman students and faculty/staff are allowed a rental of 24 hours* of the devices listed above. Special academic cases and items may be arranged in lieu of requiring an item for more than 24 hours by coming to or contacting the Truman IT Service Center located in McClain 111.

Checkout Information:

Checking out items is simple! To check out any of the items mentioned above, stop by the IT Service Center in McClain 111 with your truman id. There, we'll have you sign a Equipment Borrowers Agreement and check out! Availibility of some items may be limited so prior reservations made by calling the number mentioned above roughly 2-3 weeks before can lessen worry and hassle.
