Project
Steering Committee
The Project Steering Committee
is the Executive Committee that will provide leadership at the
administrative level for the implementation of the SCT
BannerĀ®
Solutions at Truman State University. The Project Steering
Committee will make institutional policy decisions as necessary to
ensure the success of the project.
Project
Manager
The Project Manager will serve
as the Chair of the Implementation Team and as an ex-officio member
of the Project Steering Committee. In addition, the Truman
Project Manager will serve as the liaison to the SCT Project
Manager. The Truman Project Manager will serve as the
spokesperson regarding the project to internal and external
constituencies.
Implementation
Team
The Implementation Team will serve as
the project management team to provide leadership at the functional
level for the implementation of the SCT
BannerĀ®
Solutions at Truman State University. The
Implementation Team will oversee the implementation of all systems.
Project Teams
Members of the Project Teams
will provide expertise in functional areas. In addition,
Project Team Members will work cooperatively with the Project Team
Leader, staff from related functional areas and the SCT Business
Process Analyst to document current business processes and to
identify processes that can be streamlined.
Functional
Area Representatives
Personnel from related
functional areas will be asked to work with Project Teams in order
to provide insight and expertise to ensure that project objectives
are met.
